Gummo (read: Gamo) standing exactly 28 April 2002, initially grew out of a product line of shoes (footwear). Over time, the brand gradually began to produce a variety of apparel complements the sporty street life style such as t-shirts, jackets, bags, hats, accessories and other fashion elements.
Brand Gummo is under the auspices of CVS. Industries-an umbrella brand that is also an umbrella for local street brand named Ouval Research. Gummo is designed as an implementation of positioning that focuses on the simple style and reflects the high Stamina.

First shopAfter nearly 4 years of existence with a ride on the pattern of marketing and distribution system of the brother-Ouval Research, the finally on Thursday, 6 October 2005, realizing the 1st Gummo Gummo Shop Jl. Sulanjana no.15 Bandung.
As a first step the introduction, the program was held Warming Up Session which is a series of promotional programs and socialization as a heating stage (soft opening) to introduce the location & atmosphere of the store, increasing brand awareness and most importantly, start building a community that will have the vision and life style in accordance with Gummo.
Grand OpeningThen when everything is felt to be sufficient to begin to stand alone then coincide with the anniversary of the 4th, Gummo held a Grand Launching with the theme of High Stamina debut by holding promotional activities in stores as well as skateboard competitions held nationally in Gummo Shop Jl. Sulanjana no.15 Bandung.
Second shopOne year later, High energy Stamina is firmly attached as positioning and soul for Gummo make this brand as if it will never be static and stagnant. Gummo will always find a gap and then broke through and opened the road every opportunity of every opportunity.
This energy is also a push to make spreading Gummo Stamina AREA THE PROGRAM, by opening a NEW SHOP in Gummo ROAD IN NORTH TEBET No.26 - JAKARTA SELATAN in SEPTEMBER 2006.
Thus High Energy Stamina contained in the various movements and Gummo product consisting of a variety of Apparel such as: T-Shirt, Jacket, boxer, pants, polo shirts, sweaters and shoes will go mainly to spread out in Jakarta's youth active and dynamic.
